A campaign built on listening.
People have asked me why I'm running for Kelowna City Council.
The answer is simple.
I care deeply about this city.
For nearly three decades, I've had the privilege of building businesses, creating jobs, serving on boards, supporting local organizations, and working alongside people who care about Kelowna's future. Those experiences have shown me that the best decisions are rarely made by one person—they're made by listening, asking thoughtful questions, and bringing people together around practical solutions.
I'm not running because I believe I have all the answers.
I'm running because I believe our community already has many of them.
Leadership begins with listening.
Before writing a platform, I want to hear from the people who call Kelowna home.
From families trying to build a future.
From seniors wanting to age with dignity.
From business owners creating jobs.
From students, educators, volunteers, healthcare workers, and community leaders.
From people who have lived here for generations and from those just beginning to build a life here.
Your experiences matter. your ideas matter.
Stewardship over politics... always.
Leadership isn't about having the loudest voice.
It's about earning trust.
It's about making thoughtful decisions, even when they're difficult.
It's about leaving our community stronger than we found it.
If I'm elected, I will approach every decision with the same principles that have guided my career: listen first, ask good questions, work collaboratively, and focus on what creates long-term value for our community.
Because this campaign isn't about me.
It's about all of us.
Why I'm Running
Leadership is stewardship.
For years people have encouraged me to run for public office.
I always believed there would come a time when my experience, relationships, and perspective could be of greater service.
That time feels like now.
Kelowna is growing quickly.
Growth brings opportunity, but also difficult decisions.
Those decisions deserve leaders willing to ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and seek solutions that serve both today's residents and future generations.
I don't pretend to have every answer.
But I care deeply about asking thoughtful questions.
Because difficult questions lead to better decisions.

Purpose. Values. Stewardship.
Leadership isn't about having all the answers.
It's about remaining curious, listening carefully, and having the courage to make thoughtful decisions.
